Biofeedback For Stress Too

The main use of biofeedback is for stress.  That is what it has really been used for over the past 3 decades.  It's a non invasive way to get treatment for stress and stress related disorders.  

In most cases biofeedback uses a game interface to interact with a patient.  The game interface is to keep their concentration a bit better though the treatment session.  There are not too many game variations and most involve some sort of object moving back and forth on the screen.

Biofeedback And Other ADHD Treatment Methods

The most common way to manage ADHD is through diet.  Doctors have long argued that this is not possible but they are now coming around.  As you take medication that changes your body function orally then certain types of food will have an effect on the body.  We see this often from athletes.  Parents will cut out processed foods, sugars and food additives from a children's diet.   Most adults do not associate food with behavior.  Most adults suffering with ADHD will benefit greatly from biofeedback.
